“Design is thinking made visual.”

Saul Bass

Hi, I’m Sean and thank you for paying this website a visit. I’ve always liked the above quote from Saul Bass, it sums up what I believe too. I am passionate about design, creativity and ideas. If done well, they can make a huge difference to any business or product. On this website you will find a portfolio of some of my design work, some of the websites I have produced, a case study where I share my current website design process and some very kind comments from people I have either produced work for or worked alongside.

There’s also a blog where my aim is to share knowledge I have gained over the years. I very much believe that knowledge should be shared. Please enjoy the website and if you would like to contact me for any reason you will find a get in touch section at the bottom of this page. I live in Kent but am only a 40 minute train journey from Kings Cross, London. I would love to hear from you and of course produce work for you.

Digital design

Fully responsive digital design ensuring a design works on the ever growing list of devices. From UX/UI prototypes to full Hi Fidelity design solutions keeping the User foremost in the design process.  The power and flexibility of WordPress bolstered with coding expertise, enables the designs to be visually impactful, are fully optimised for fast loading and have great results in search engines.

Concept creation

The focus is to create as many good ideas as possible to enable the client to achieve their desired goals. Over the years systematic tools have been developed to ensure that not only do the ideas have impact but they fully communicate the required message and help pursuade the customer or user. Impact first, then communication followed by persuasion.

Understanding that to create a strong brand means a lot more than designing a good logo (but that’s an integral part of it). Good brand creation also has to understand the feelings that consumers develop towards the company or its product. This combination of physical and emotional cues is triggered when exposed to the name, the logo, the visual identity, or even the message communicated.
